Poly Cinematic can be played via midi as well monophonically over CV/Gate. As a monophonic module it can play one of 8 chord stacks, selectable using CV control, so it is as much a 56 oscillator mono synth as it is a luscious poly synth.

Despite having a midi input the Poly Cinematic still has its roots firmly planted in modular culture, with full CV and gate control over pitch, gate and filter cut off together with chord memories that allow you to store 8 massive chords and play them as if they were a single sound on a monosynth, selectable and tunable over CV and gate, this feature can be used to create rich stacked unision sounds or as a composition tool.
