We’ve got something a bit different for our next in-store event - an interview with Glasgow photographer Selina Paton, whose vibrant portraits of the city’s nightlife are featured in Tough Luck: You Out Tonight? 

Published by our friends at Velocity Press, this is the first book from Tough Luck, an Instagram account that has become the heartbeat of contemporary club and rave photography, spotlighting up-and-coming youth culture photographers from around the world.

Tough Luck’s founder Jordan Taylor will chat to Selina about her work documenting the thriving club scene in Glasgow and beyond. There will be a selection of prints from the book on display and we’ll have DJs in our showroom to set the mood.

Tickets are free via Eventbrite - grab yours here. Beers and pizzas will be available from 6.30pm (including non-alcoholic and vegan options) and the event will start at 7pm. 

We’ll wrap things up around 9pm, so if all the rave chat has put you in the mood for dancing, you’ll have plenty of time for your own nocturnal adventure (or if the party is rocking we might keep it going a bit longer…)
